Found Here is a service operated by Barder Works LLC.

Found Here provides a public, community-based system for posting and locating lost and found items at specific physical locations, including parks and participating pickup locations.

By using Found Here, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Found Here is a facilitation tool only.

Users may post items they have found, view items that have been reported, and use participating pickup locations as convenience points for item return.

Found Here does not:

  • take possession of items
  • verify ownership of items
  • guarantee the return of items
  • oversee or control exchanges between individuals

3. User Responsibility

By using this service, you agree that:

  • you are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit
  • you will not post false, misleading, or harmful content
  • you understand that all interactions are between individuals

You are solely responsible for retrieving your item, verifying ownership, and coordinating pickup.

4. Pickup Locations

Participating pickup locations:

  • are independent third parties
  • are not agents, partners, or employees of Barder Works LLC
  • provide space as a convenience only

Participating pickup locations do not take possession or custody of items and are not responsible for lost, stolen, misidentified, or unclaimed items.

5. No Responsibility for Items

All items are handled by the public.

Barder Works LLC and participating pickup locations:

  • do not take possession of items
  • do not guarantee item condition, availability, or return
  • are not responsible for lost, stolen, misidentified, or unclaimed items

6. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or submit content that is fraudulent, abusive, offensive, or unlawful.

Barder Works LLC reserves the right to remove content or restrict access at its discretion.

7. Changes to the Service

Barder Works LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
